Based in Somerset but sourcing grapes from all over the country, his bottles are as rebellious as they are drinkable. Frolic Pet Nat 2023 is cloudy, cheeky, and full of orchard charm. This offbeat English Pet Nat fizzes with notes of pear skin, elderflower, rhubarb, and sherbet. Zippy acidity and gentle bubbles keep it super refreshing. Unfiltered and made from a blend of old-school grapes (mainly Muller-Thurgau and Madeline Angevine)—funky, fun, and perfect for sunny afternoons or curious palates.
